Welcome to My Work Camera (the "App"), developed by SKApps. By downloading or using the App, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.
You are allowed to use this App for your personal and professional use. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the App, and you also shouldn't try to translate the App into other languages, or make derivative versions.
The App allows you to take photos and optionally share them with colleagues. You retain all rights to any content you create using the App. However, by using the Colleague Sharing feature, you represent and warrant that you have the right to share the photos with the chosen individuals.
You agree not to use the App to create or share content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To use cloud backup and sharing features, you must authenticate using your Google account or phone number. You are responsible for keeping your device and access to the App secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device.
The App uses third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions.
The App may offer premium features through subscriptions or one-time purchases. Payments will be charged to your designated app store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store.
We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
