This Privacy Policy describes how SKApps ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information when you use the My Work Camera mobile application (the "App").

        Summary: We respect your privacy. Your photos stay on your device unless you explicitly choose to back them up to your personal Google Drive or share them with a colleague. We use third-party services for analytics, advertising, and cloud sharing features.
    

1. Information Collection and Use

While we do not access your photos or personal content directly, the App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or analyze app usage.

A. Personal Data

We do not require you to provide any personal information to use the core features of the App. However, if you use features like Google Drive backup, you will need to sign in with your Google account. If you use the Colleague Sharing feature, you will need to sign in with your phone number via SMS authentication. This authentication is handled securely; we do not see or store your passwords. When you use the sharing feature, your phone number is used to identify you and manage access to shared albums.

B. Usage Data and Analytics

We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (e.g., screens visited, buttons clicked, app crashes). This helps us improve the App's stability and user experience.

C. Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising ID and other non-personal data to show relevant ads.

D. Colleague Sharing Data

When you share an album with a colleague, the photos in that album are uploaded to our secure Firebase Cloud Storage. The phone number of the colleague you share with is stored in our Firebase Firestore database to grant them access. We do not use these phone numbers for any other purpose.

2. How We Use Permissions

To function correctly, the App requires access to specific features on your device:

Camera Access: Required to take photos.
Photo Library / Storage Access: Required to store photos locally and save edited images.
Microphone Access: Required by the camera hardware for video capabilities, though this App focuses on photos.
Google Drive Access: Required only if you choose to use the "Backup to Google Drive" feature. The App requests access to create and manage its own configuration files/backups in your Drive.

3. Data Storage and Backups

Photos taken are stored locally on your device.

Local Storage: Your photos reside in the App's private storage or your device's gallery.
Cloud Backup: You may optionally back up your data to your personal Google Drive. These backups are stored in your own cloud storage account. We do not have access to these backups.
Colleague Sharing: If you use the sharing feature, photos from shared albums are uploaded and stored in Firebase Cloud Storage. Access is restricted to you and the colleagues you have explicitly invited.
